IMPORTANT NOTICE: By enrolling, paying, or participating in Elevate programs, you confirm your complete agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, we strongly advise against proceeding with enrollment. Your compliance with these terms ensures optimal service delivery and protects the interests of all parties involved.
ARTICLE I: GENERAL DISCLAIMER AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
This educational program provides instructional content from various qualified instructors and industry professionals. MSB Consultancy OPC and Franklin Miano serve solely as educational content providers and do not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific financial results, income levels, or business outcomes. The Company provides educational information, comprehensive courses, strategic resources, implementation strategies, and professional guidance designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in the outsourcing industry.
The responsibility for implementing the strategies, completing assignments, and achieving results rests entirely with the student. The Company does not perform business operations on behalf of students but rather provides educational frameworks, strategic methodologies, and practical guidance to increase the probability of success in the taught business model. We provide assignments, strategies, and tips to increase the chances of success in the taught business, but the work must be performed by the students themselves.
Student success is contingent upon individual effort, dedication, market conditions, personal implementation of the provided strategies, and the student's character. Should a student fail to follow the prescribed instructions or achieve desired results, such outcomes cannot be attributed to any deficiency in the educational content or methodology provided by the Company, as success in business endeavors is fundamentally dependent upon individual character, work ethic, and consistent application of learned principles.
ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE AND ACCESS DURATION
Section 2.1: Twelve-Month Limited Access Framework
Your Elevate membership grants you comprehensive access to all program materials for a period of twelve months from the date of confirmed payment. This membership operates on a non-renewable basis with no automatic renewal, meaning access will automatically expire after the twelve-month period without any automatic renewal charges or extensions.
The membership includes participation in twelve monthly live question-and-answer sessions, with one session scheduled per calendar month throughout your membership period. These live educational sessions may be conducted by Franklin Miano, successful program graduates who have achieved client acquisition success, or certified coaching professionals designated by the Company.
Upon expiration of the twelve-month access period, students must purchase a new membership to continue accessing program materials, community resources, and ongoing educational content. There is no option to extend the original membership beyond the twelve-month period except through the Client Guarantee program as detailed in Article VI.
Section 2.2: Post-Membership Grace Period and Renewal Process
All members receive a complimentary one-week grace period immediately following the expiration of their twelve-month membership. This grace period is designed to allow members adequate time to complete pending assignments, download necessary resources, make informed decisions regarding membership renewal, and process any renewal payments.
During this grace period, members will have view-only access to course materials, will be unable to participate in live sessions, will have limited community interaction privileges, and will not be permitted to download new resources. This grace period serves as a transition period and cannot be extended under any circumstances. After the grace period expires, access is permanently suspended until a new membership is purchased.
Renewal notices are sent thirty days before membership expiration. Renewal must be completed within the one-week grace period to maintain access. After the grace period ends, access cannot be restored without purchasing a new membership. Renewal rates are subject to current pricing at the time of renewal, and previous member benefits may not carry over to renewed memberships.
ARTICLE III: PRICING STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Section 3.1: Non-Refundable Investment Options
The Company offers two distinct membership packages, both of which require full payment upon enrollment and are entirely non-refundable under all circumstances.
Diamond Ticket - ₱15,000: The all-inclusive Elevate package providing comprehensive access to all Elevate courses and modules, participation in twelve monthly live question-and-answer sessions, full community access privileges with networking opportunities, access to all proprietary resources including templates and implementation tools, all electronic books and downloadable materials, complete toolkit access, and eligibility for the Client Guarantee program as detailed in Article VI of these Terms. This membership package is one hundred percent non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
Gold Ticket - ₱7,000: Includes access to the Outsourcing 3.0 course curriculum, the Foundations course content, limited community access privileges, basic resource materials, and eligibility for the Client Guarantee program as detailed in Article VI. This membership package is also one hundred percent non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
Section 3.2: Payment Processing and Confirmation
All membership fees must be paid in full prior to accessing any program materials or resources. Payment confirmation triggers the commencement of your twelve-month access period. The Company reserves the right to verify payment authenticity and may delay access pending payment confirmation. No partial payments or installment plans are available unless specifically arranged through approved third-party financing as detailed in Article VIII.
ARTICLE IV: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Section 4.1: Proprietary Content Protection and Digital Security
All course materials, educational content, recorded sessions, downloadable resources, templates, tools, replays, and any other proprietary materials collectively referred to as "Materials" are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under Philippine and international copyright laws, trademark laws, various other intellectual property rights, unfair competition laws of the Republic of the Philippines, international copyright laws, and international conventions.
Students, herein referred to as "enrollees," are strictly prohibited from selling, distributing, lending, copying, reproducing, or sharing any Materials with unauthorized individuals or entities. The unauthorized sharing of login credentials or account access is expressly forbidden and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Students are strictly prohibited from releasing any videos including short clips derived from Elevate course materials on social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other public forum.
Screenshots of electronic books and toolkits from Google Sheets are also prohibited from being shared with any unauthorized individuals or posted on any platform. Lending, selling, downloading for unauthorized distribution, or screen recording the course content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The Elevate platform employs advanced digital security measures capable of tracking IP addresses and monitoring usage patterns, even when virtual private networks or other anonymization technologies are utilized. Each enrolled student receives content embedded with personalized invisible watermarks, enabling the Company to trace any unauthorized distribution back to the originating account with precision and certainty.
Unauthorized distribution or piracy of course materials constitutes a serious criminal offense under Philippine law and may result in imprisonment for a minimum period of five years upon conviction. We can track accounts that attempt to screen record the course content through advanced monitoring systems. The platform can identify and trace unauthorized sharing attempts even when sophisticated circumvention methods are employed.
Violating these intellectual property terms will result in an automatic account ban, issuance of a formal demand letter, and potential criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property laws. Students found to be in violation face immediate consequences including account termination, legal action, and potential criminal prosecution.
Section 4.2: Website and Digital Content Rights
The Company's website, including all source code, databases, functionality, software applications, design elements, audio content, video materials, textual content, photographs, graphics, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned, controlled, or licensed by the Company and are protected under comprehensive intellectual property laws.
All website content and proprietary marks are provided on an "as is" basis exclusively for educational and personal use. No portion of the website, content, or marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without express written authorization from the Company.
Section 4.3: Limited Educational License and User Representations
Students are granted a restrictive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the website and download or print individual portions of content for personal, non-commercial educational use exclusively. This license does not grant any rights to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the provided materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
By using the website and accessing course materials, students represent and warrant that they have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, are not under the age of thirteen years, are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which they reside or if a minor have received proper parental permission to use the website, will not access the website through automated or non-human means whether through bots, scripts, or other technological methods, will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, understand that their use of the website will not violate any applicable law or regulation, and will not share login information for the course with unauthorized individuals as this constitutes illegal activity protected under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
ARTICLE V: COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND BEHAVIORAL STANDARDS
Section 5.1: Prohibited Commercial Activities and Content Restrictions
Members are strictly prohibited from promoting external products, services, events, or business opportunities within the Elevate community. This prohibition encompasses digital products, personal websites, external educational programs, coaching services, personal courses or programs, external events, Zoom calls, meetups, and any form of commercial solicitation that is not directly related to the Elevate curriculum.
The posting of repetitive messages, spam content, or materials that do not contribute meaningfully to course-related discussions is expressly forbidden. Members may not organize or promote external meetings, video conferences, or events using the Elevate platform or community resources. All interactions must remain within the designated course platforms and official Elevate communication channels.
Students are not allowed to sell their coaching or services within the community. If students wish to offer such services, they must contact Elevate customer service for proper authorization and guidance on acceptable procedures. The promotion of competing courses, educational programs, or alternative communities is strictly forbidden to maintain the focus and integrity of the Elevate learning environment.
Section 5.2: Communication and Conduct Requirements
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding disrespectful communication, derogatory remarks, harassment, bullying, intimidation, bad-mouthing, or any form of abusive behavior directed toward community members. All communication must maintain professional courtesy and constructive engagement at all times.
Members are required to maintain positive and constructive participation while avoiding the dissemination of overly negative or pessimistic commentary that could adversely affect community morale or group dynamics. Spreading negativity within the community or group chat is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
All discussions regarding refunds, disputes, or complaints must be directed privately
to course administrators rather than being conducted publicly within the community. Public refund discussions or complaints are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Creating or posting negative reviews inside or outside the community about Elevate, its instructors, or fellow students is strictly prohibited. Spreading hatred against the community, Elevate coaches, students, or Elevate on any social media platform including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other public forum is forbidden and will result in automatic account termination and potential legal action.
Section 5.3: Privacy, Confidentiality, and Relationship Guidelines
Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all community participants and are prohibited from sharing personal information or private conversations with individuals outside the Elevate community. The dissemination of information related to Elevate outside the community is not allowed, and confidentiality and respect for the privacy of all members are fundamental principles that must be upheld.
The public defamation, malicious allegation, or character assassination against any person on social media platforms or public forums is strictly prohibited under Philippine law. If members have legitimate complaints, they have the right to file formal legal cases, but they must refrain from spreading negativity or making public accusations.
Members are expected to maintain unity and avoid creating separate internal factions within the community. Collaboration within the established structure of Elevate is encouraged, while divisive behavior is not tolerated. Please refrain from posting content that might be perceived as detrimental or disparaging towards the Elevate community or the coaches of Elevate. Constructive criticism is welcomed; however, outright negativity or damaging remarks are strictly prohibited.
Section 5.4: Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions
Violation of community guidelines may result in disciplinary actions including but not limited to temporary bans from the community for up to two months, permanent removal from all Elevate platforms and services, legal action for serious violations including defamation or intellectual property theft, and termination of membership without refund.
If a small group within the community is found to be spreading negativity or breaking established rules, the leader or primary instigator will be temporarily removed until a thorough investigation is completed. Violators of laws, rules, and conditions will face temporary suspension of access until investigations are concluded and appropriate actions are determined.
All violators will be identified, investigated, and removed from the community as necessary to maintain a supportive, respectful, and conducive learning environment for all members. The Company takes these policies seriously and will enforce them consistently and fairly.
ARTICLE VI: REFUND POLICY AND CLIENT GUARANTEE PROGRAM
Section 6.1: No Refund Policy and Guarantee Overview
Elevate is committed to empowering students with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in the outsourcing business. The Company does not provide refunds under any circumstances for any reason. Instead, the Company offers an Elevate Client Guarantee program to both Diamond and Gold Membership holders, ensuring continuous access to resources, tools, and support until the successful acquisition of a first paid client, provided all outlined conditions are met in full.
Section 6.2: Annual Access Benefits for Both Membership Levels
Both Diamond membership (₱15,000) and Gold membership (₱7,000) provide Client Guarantee eligibility with the following distinctions:
Diamond Members receive: comprehensive course content covering one hundred twenty or more individual lessons, full participation in the Elevate community including networking opportunities and support groups, access to all exclusive resources including electronic books, templates, scripts, and implementation toolkits, and ongoing guidance and strategies from qualified Elevate instructors and successful program graduates.
Gold Members receive: access to Outsourcing 3.0 course curriculum and Foundations course content, limited community access privileges, basic resource materials, and ongoing guidance and strategies from qualified Elevate instructors and successful program graduates.
Section 6.3: Six-Month Extension Eligibility Requirements
Members of both Diamond and Gold levels who fail to secure a paying client within the initial twelve-month access period may apply for a six-month complimentary extension of all membership benefits and privileges. Eligibility for this extension requires the submission of comprehensive, verifiable documentation demonstrating active and consistent implementation of all strategies taught throughout the course curriculum.
To qualify for the extension, students must submit verifiable proof that they have actively implemented the strategies taught in the course as outlined in the specific requirements detailed below. All documentation must be authentic, complete, and subject to thorough review by the Elevate team.
Section 6.4: Portfolio Website Requirements
Extension applicants must create and provide a direct link to a fully functional portfolio website showcasing at least one professional service offering. The website must include detailed service descriptions that clearly explain the services being offered, professional branding elements consistent with industry standards and best practices, complete contact information for prospective clients including email, phone, and other relevant contact methods, and evidence of professional presentation suitable for attracting and converting potential clients.
Section 6.5: Employment Application Documentation Requirements
Extension applicants must provide comprehensive documentation of thirty job applications submitted per day for a minimum of thirty days within the twelve-month membership period, totaling no fewer than nine hundred documented applications across the entire period. Required documentation must include screenshots or direct URLs of all submitted applications showing proof of submission, complete submission dates and timestamps for each application, detailed records of any responses received from prospective clients or employers, and organized presentation of all application activities in a format that can be easily reviewed and verified.
Section 6.6: Outreach Activity Requirements
Members seeking extensions must provide comprehensive proof of twenty documented personalized outreach attempts conducted via email or professional social media platforms. Required documentation includes complete copies of all outreach messages sent to potential clients or business contacts, detailed recipient information including full names, professional roles, and company affiliations for each contact, and precise dates and times of all outreach activities showing consistent effort over time.
Section 6.7: Assignment Completion Verification
All assignments from modules one through twenty-six must be completed in full using the provided Assignment Tracker system. This comprehensive tracking system contains quizzes and fill-in-the-blank exercises for each individual lesson throughout the entire curriculum. Assignment submission is required exclusively when requesting the six-month extension and serves as proof of complete course engagement and learning. The Elevate team conducts thorough reviews of all assignment submissions for extension approval, evaluating completeness, accuracy, and evidence of genuine learning and implementation. Incomplete, insufficient, or fraudulent assignment submissions will result in automatic extension denial without appeal.
Section 6.8: Validation and Review Process
All documentation submitted for extension consideration undergoes rigorous review by qualified Elevate team members to ensure authenticity and full compliance with stated requirements. The Company reserves the absolute right to reject any submission that fails to meet specified criteria in any way, appears incomplete or insufficient, contains fraudulent or misrepresented information, or cannot be independently verified through reasonable means and standard verification processes. Extensions are granted entirely at the Company's discretion based upon objective evaluation of submitted materials. Submitting required documentation does not automatically guarantee approval for an extension if all criteria are not fully satisfied to the Company's standards.
Section 6.9: Guarantee Scope and Limitations
The Client Guarantee ensures continued access to educational resources, ongoing community support, and additional guidance but does not provide warranties regarding specific earnings, income levels, monetary results, or guaranteed client acquisition within any specified timeframe. Success in client acquisition depends upon individual effort and dedication, prevailing market conditions and economic factors, consistent implementation of taught strategies over time, personal skills and professional development, and external circumstances beyond the Company's control or influence.
Section 6.10: Inner Circle Benefits Upon Client Acquisition
Upon successful acquisition of a first paying client, both Diamond and Gold members receive guaranteed access to an exclusive private community designed specifically for successful program graduates who have achieved client acquisition milestones. Additional benefits may be offered to Inner Circle members but are not guaranteed, remain subject to ongoing availability and resource allocation, are negotiable and subject to modification based upon program development, and carry no claimable monetary value if not delivered as initially presented or discussed.
ARTICLE VII: PROMOTIONAL BONUSES AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Certain promotional bonuses including one-on-one follow-up consultations, additional coaching sessions beyond the standard curriculum, supplementary resources or specialized tools, and other value-added services are offered as promotional incentives and do not constitute guaranteed membership benefits under any circumstances. These promotional elements are subject to availability and instructor schedules, may be modified or withdrawn at any time without advance notice, do not provide grounds for refund claims or compensation if unavailable or not delivered, and are offered entirely at the Company's discretion based upon operational capacity and resource availability.
ARTICLE VIII: FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LOAN DISCLAIMERS
Section 8.1: Third-Party Financing Responsibility
Students who choose to finance their enrollment through external loan providers, lending institutions, credit facilities, or third-party financing arrangements assume complete and sole responsibility for all loan obligations, payment schedules, interest charges, associated fees, penalty charges, and any consequences resulting from non-payment, late payment, or default on loan obligations.
The Company, Franklin Miano, and MSB Consultancy OPC are not loan providers, financial institutions, credit facilitators, or financial service providers of any kind. The Company maintains no affiliation with loan companies, financing institutions, or credit providers, bears no responsibility for loan applications, approval processes, or credit decisions, accepts no liability for student ability or inability to repay borrowed funds under any circumstances, and serves neither as guarantor, co-signer, nor financial reference for any student loans or financing arrangements.
Section 8.2: Loan Consequence Acknowledgment and Risk Warning
Students utilizing loan financing acknowledge understanding and accept the substantial risks that failure to meet repayment obligations may result in negative credit bureau reporting and permanent damage to personal credit ratings, legal action initiated by lending institutions including court proceedings and judgments, persistent collection agency contact and aggressive collection attempts, increased interest rates and substantial penalty fees adding to the total debt burden, significant difficulty obtaining future credit, loans, or financing for any purpose, personal stress, anxiety, and severe financial hardship affecting quality of life, wage garnishment or asset seizure where legally permitted under applicable law, and long-term financial consequences extending far beyond the educational period and potentially lasting for years.
Section 8.3: Pre-Enrollment Financial Assessment and Income Limitations
Before securing loan financing for Elevate enrollment, prospective students must ensure adequate and sustainable financial capacity for monthly loan payments over the entire loan term, provide truthful and accurate information regarding current income and realistic repayment ability, thoroughly review and understand all loan terms, conditions, interest rates, and penalties, maintain adequate emergency funds separate from loan payment obligations to cover unexpected expenses, and consider alternative payment methods if loan repayment capability is uncertain, questionable, or dependent upon future income expectations.
The Company provides no guarantee, warranty, or representation that students will earn sufficient income to repay educational loans or financing arrangements within any specified timeframe or at all. Course completion does not guarantee immediate income generation, client acquisition success, or any specific level of business performance or financial results. Taking loan financing based upon expected future earnings from this educational program constitutes an assumption of substantial financial risk undertaken entirely by the student.
Section 8.4: Release of Liability
By enrolling in Elevate through loan financing or any other payment method, students release the Company, its owners, employees, affiliates, and associated parties from any liability related to loan obligations or financial difficulties, acknowledge that the decision to take loans or financing is made independently without Company influence or advice, accept complete responsibility for all financial obligations and consequences, and agree that the Company cannot be held responsible for loan-related stress, financial hardship, or adverse consequences resulting from financing decisions.
ARTICLE IX: COURSE ACCESS AND DISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS
Section 9.1: Anti-Piracy and Content Protection Measures
All electronic books, digital course materials, video content, audio recordings, templates, tools, and other educational resources remain the exclusive property of Elevate and are protected under comprehensive intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections. Unauthorized sale, distribution, copying, reproduction, or sharing of any course content is strictly prohibited and constitutes criminal activity under Philippine law that may result in immediate legal action, criminal prosecution, and substantial financial penalties.
Course materials are provided exclusively for educational purposes for the individual purchasing student and must not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced in any format, medium, or method. Students are prohibited from reproducing, copying, selling, or reselling any course content in whole or in part, utilizing materials for commercial purposes other than personal education and skill development, and engaging in any activities that may constitute copyright infringement or intellectual property theft.
Section 9.2: Employee Referral Disclaimer
The Company may provide referral lists of potential service providers who previously applied to FrankMedia but were not hired due to complete staffing levels or other operational considerations. The Company provides no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding the quality of work, response times, professional practices, reliability, or competency of listed individuals. Students must conduct independent research, due diligence, and verification before engaging with any individuals from referral lists. These referral lists are provided exclusively to Elevate students as an educational resource and must not be shared outside the Elevate community under any circumstances.
ARTICLE X: LEGAL DISCLOSURES AND EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS
Section 10.1: Educational Institution Disclaimer
In accordance with Philippine law and regulatory requirements for transparency, the Company explicitly states that Elevate does not present itself as a post-secondary educational institution and does not provide educational state credits, state-authorized degrees, certificates applicable to post-secondary education, academic transcripts, or any credentials that could serve as alternatives to formal educational qualifications or institutional learning. This business does not present itself as a post-secondary school and does not provide any educational state credits, state-authorized degrees, or certificates that could be used for post-secondary school benefits or alternatives of any kind.
Section 10.2: Comprehensive Earnings and Success Disclaimers
The Company makes no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees whatsoever regarding future earnings potential, financial prospects, business success, or income generation related to program participation. We have put in tremendous effort to attain our results and cannot guarantee that students are willing to invest the same amount of work, dedication, and persistence required for success. Any earnings or income statements, examples, testimonials, or case studies presented serve as estimates of potential results achieved by exceptional individuals and do not constitute assurance of similar outcomes for typical students.
Prior successes achieved by other students, instructors, or business owners cannot be used as indicators of future individual success or guaranteed results. When we present revenue and sales figures on our website or other channels, these represent exceptional results achieved by highly motivated and successful individuals, which do not reflect the average experience or typical outcomes for program participants.
Section 10.3: Economic and Individual Success Factors
Economic conditions at local, national, and international levels create additional uncertainty and risk factors that may significantly impact individual results and business opportunities. Individual success depends upon numerous variables including personal background and experience, work ethic and dedication level, motivation and persistence, business acumen and professional skills, practical implementation capabilities, available time and resources, market conditions and competition, and external circumstances beyond individual control.
Online business operations and outsourcing services involve inherent risks and uncertainties unsuitable for all individuals. Students may experience significant financial losses including loss of program fees, business establishment costs, marketing expenses, and opportunity costs, and may generate no earnings whatsoever despite completing the educational program.
ARTICLE XI: COURSE CONTENT AND INSTRUCTOR LICENSING
Section 11.1: Temporary Instructional Rights and Platform Structure
Elevate operates as a comprehensive educational platform providing access to thirty-three specialized online courses covering extensive tutorials from Wealth Roadmap curriculum, Skillsprint Campus educational content, and Self-Development Campus personal development programs. These courses are made available to members through temporary instructional rights and licensing agreements acquired from various independent instructors and content creators.
Since course access rights are licensed rather than permanently owned by the Company, Elevate's access to specific courses is subject to potential expiration at indefinite future dates without specific deadlines or predetermined termination schedules. However, the Company commits to ensuring seamless educational continuity by securing qualified replacement instructors to teach identical skills, business opportunities, or self-development topics when licensing agreements expire.
Section 11.2: Content Replacement and Platform Evolution
In the event that instructional rights for specific courses expire due to licensing agreement terms or instructor availability changes, the Company will identify and contract qualified replacement instructors to provide the same educational content or enhanced versions of the subject matter. Students acknowledge and accept that course content may be subject to removal or replacement due to licensing agreement terms, instructor availability changes, or platform improvement initiatives.
ARTICLE XII: PLATFORM OPERATION AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS
Section 12.1: Website Modification Rights and Service Availability
The Company reserves complete authority to modify, update, remove, or replace website contents at any time without advance notice to users. The Company cannot guarantee continuous website availability and accepts no liability for losses, inconvenience, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from inability to access the platform during maintenance periods, technical difficulties, server problems, or other operational issues beyond the Company's control.
Section 12.2: User Data Management and Electronic Communications
The Company maintains user-transmitted data for performance management, educational improvement purposes, and platform operation. Website visits, email communications, form submissions, and platform interactions constitute electronic communications under applicable law. Students consent to receive electronic communications and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and legal documents provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communication under Philippine jurisdiction.
ARTICLE XIII: INTERACTIVE FEATURES AND USER CONDUCT
The platform may include interactive features such as bulletin boards, chat rooms, discussion forums, email services, and community interaction tools. Students are completely responsible for all material they post, send, or share through these interactive features. Use of the platform and interactive features must comply with mandatory guidelines: students must not restrict or inhibit other users from enjoying the platform, impersonate any person or entity, interfere with platform functionality, encourage wrongdoing, gain unauthorized access, post unlawful or abusive content, violate others' rights, post viruses or harmful components, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from student failure to protect passwords or account information.
ARTICLE XIV: COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Section 14.1: Official Communication Channels

Enrollment questions and general inquiries may be submitted through the official Elevate website enrollment interface.
Section 14.2: Response Time Standards
Technical issues receive responses within forty-eight hours of submission during regular business days. General inquiries are addressed within seventy-two hours of receipt, excluding weekends and Philippine holidays. Urgent matters should be clearly marked with "URGENT" designation in the subject line to ensure priority handling and expedited response.
ARTICLE XV: REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, AND ENDORSEMENTS
The Company may periodically provide reviews of products, services, books, software applications, or other resources relevant to student education. These reviews represent good-faith opinions based upon evaluation of the reviewed items. Some reviewed products may be provided at reduced cost or without charge as incentives for providing reviews. Testimonials featured on the platform represent actual statements made by genuine students and have been truthfully conveyed. However, the results obtained by these individuals are not necessarily typical or representative of average student outcomes.
References to other products, services, coaches, consultants, or experts are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements.
ARTICLE XVI: DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Section 16.1: Jurisdiction and Legal Proceedings
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms must be resolved through the appropriate courts within Philippine jurisdiction. Students consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction in Philippine courts for all legal proceedings.
Section 16.2: Alternative Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, parties are encouraged to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication and reasonable compromise when possible. When appropriate and mutually agreeable, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as alternative dispute resolution methods under Philippine law.

Minor changes including clarifications and administrative adjustments receive seven days advance notice. Emergency modifications required for legal compliance or security purposes take immediate effect upon publication.
Section 18.2: Implementation and Acceptance

Students also recognize that prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes.
